Learn to make the steak house classics for yourself or a larger dinner party. The class will start by butchering and cooking a USDA Beef Tenderloin (Fillet Mignon). Create a wonderful steak au poivre, classic French onion soup, lettuce wedge with homemade bleu cheese dressing, and complete the meal with delicious NY Style Cheesecake. This three (3) hour culinary class and meal will be paired with a full body wine. ($90 per person)
Paella is a Spanish dish prepared by simmering together rice, vegetables, and saffron with other seasoning. Learn how to make this classic one pot wonder. This classic Paella is filled with chicken, sausage, seafood, and shellfish. This two (2) hour culinary class and meal will be paired with wonderful Spanish wine. ($75 per person)
Learn to make mouth watering meatballs, fettuccine Alfredo, tomato brochette and more. This two (2) hour culinary class will soon be your go to meal. ($65 per person)
Tapas & Wine
These small Spanish dishes will be full of flavor. Create several small plates which include a chorizo tortilla, sizzling shrimp in garlic sauce, and other delights. Several Spanish wines will be served with the small plates. ($65 per person)
